Senate Bill 1 (Martin) – Amends the Public School Code of 1949 to provide for various charter reforms, increase caps on Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs, permit school entities to apply for waivers and permit additional opportunities for students to participate in dual enrollment programs.
Senate Bill 324 (Langerholc) – Providing for assisting students experiencing education instability
Senate Bill 733 (J. Ward) –Establishes the Education Opportunity Account Scholarship Program for Exceptional Students.
