Senate Bill 700 (Brooks) – Amends the Public School Code of 1949 to require the Department of Education to issue Career and Technical Instructional I Certificates to qualified applicants.

House Bill 1258 (Kinsey) – Amends the Public School Code of 1949 to allow school entities to include students enrolled in dual credit courses in their average daily membership calculation.
House Bill 1507 (Topper) – Amends the Public School Code of 1949 to require a school entity provide 180 days or 900/990 hours of instruction in a school year.
Senate Bill 907 (Regan) – Amends the Public School Code of 1949 to require armed school security personnel on duty during the school day.
