Senate Bill 247 (Phillips-Hill) – Amends the Public School Code of 1949 to repeal the provision prohibiting public school teachers from wearing religious garb or insignia while in the performance of their duties.
Senate Bill 381 (Martin) – Amends the Public School Code of 1949 to permanently authorize the Substitute Teaching Permit for Prospective Educators.
